EQSafe stores the details a team needs to share equipment: your name, email, profile photo, and skills; the organisations and sites you belong to; the gear register; and the history of loans, including return notes and photos.

We use that information to run the register and to email you. Verification emails confirm your address when you sign in. Reminder emails go out when a loan is due or overdue.

We do not sell personal information.
